A town out west, is passing a law to mandate gun ownership.

I just watched an interview with the town leader of spring city UTAH,who said that within a few months it will be law that all residents own a gun and receive gun training.

At one point, way back in colonial Virginia, they had a law that if you were not IN your home, you should be carrying a weapon. Pistol, rifle sword whatever.

Does the town in GA still have the same law? I don't remember the town but remember they enacted it in response to an illinois town banning all private ownership of firearms.
