Take advantage of meat prices.

A freezer is a good way to store meat,well wrap,will keep freezer burn,and if you live in really cold weather,you have no problems.I canned,so good prizes mean canning day,I cook meat in my crook pot overnite,and morning time goes into canner,bbq pork,roast,beef stew,

turkey,chilli.I do it this way because I get better flavor,and meats are cook to meat temperatures.
