Camelbak makes some rinse packets that seem to work well. Admittedly they do leave a bit of an odd taste if you dont rinse the bag well, but it really gets that plastic taste out. You drop them in like a alka-seltzer pack and let it sit a bit, then rinse out a few times. Best of luck.

Only thing i can think of offhand is one of those Camelback cleaning tablets. You have to be careful though and make sure you get it all out after cleaning. Never done it myself but I've read plenty about it at the store I work at. Maybe it can help. But then again if baking soda doesn't work...

I've owned a Camelbak bladder and insulation pouch meant to be hung inside of a backpack for nearly four years now. It's never left the drawer I put it in when I bought it. I bought it to go inside of a black NorthFace pack I have and really like, but I don't think they work well together. ...just saying because I'm more venting than anything else. I'd love to get rid of it.

so..... after about 15 washes with baking soda, vinegar, lemon juice, and lime juice, i finally have a non-flavored resivoir. on another side note, took my newest dog out hiking today with my older lab. good times had by all, lots of work on listening, and command recognition.
