The link is for "Survival Skills" book of Native Americans. The main site offers several books on herbalogy, everyday skills, survival skills, history, and other topics on the indigenous people of the US.

For those who enjoy Native studies and items, this is a good site.

Thanks for the link Reg, I've been meaning to look up something similar to that. So you just saved me the trouble, gooooooo team lazy!

LOL.... I was given the link by the Indiana Historical Society. I stopped by the Tippecanoe Battlefield Museum while in Indiana this weekend. They had a book for $7 on Native tanning techniques.

I know the Reservations/Museums in MN had alot of good books on the Ojibwa and their traditions and skills. I stopped by one near a casino and big lake (do not remember the town unless I grab a map but it was north of the twin cities) back in 2010 on my way home from Bass Lake.

Looks like a winner Reg, thanks

Anytime Jerry. I post anything I find that I think someone will find useful and/or interesting. I know a few others like the Native American research and history as I do. I also think the Natives can provide a wealth of good survival info if we end up in a long term event.

I'm reading "War On The Run" now. It's a book on Maj Robert Rogers and it even talks about him learning about the "3 Sisters" agriculture practice of the Natives along with warfare tactics he implemented.
