  1. The job of keeping your BOV as well as your other vehicles as road worthy as possible is a day to day task. With all the things we all have on own minds it is all too easy to forget to do the checkups and services our vehicles require to continue doing the job we need them to do. There are several ways to keep up with what needs doing, when it needs to be done, and what will be needed to do it. From a hard copy list to a computer spread sheet keeping up is something we must do if we expect the performance we all hope we will never need. I plan to touch on different parts of the puzzle as time allows. I welcome suggestings and your insight on the subject.
  2. I am trying to figure out what is the best fuel (gasoline, diesel, kerosene) for long term storage. I know about Stabil and PRI-G Gasoline Treatment (is this stuff REALLY as good as it claims- one website claims 10 years storage life if you add PRI-G Gasoline Treatment every 6 months!!!), I have read that Ethanol is the main culprit in todays "modern" gasolines that it seperates from the gas and attracts water vapor. Would gas without Ethanol store better? -I can get it at the marina. Some sites claim diesel will keep from 3 months to 1 year (???) Is there any one out there who REALLY knows the answer?
